1. Daydate40 - in Yellow Gold, it’s a bit ostentatious, and on the flashy side, but with this piece, it’s almost the point<br>

2. The GMT rootbeer - because in full RG, it might just be the most beautiful piece Rolex have ever made-produced..<br>
<br>
3. The Sky-Dweller - because it’s an annual Calendar with Dual Timezone functionality… woefully under appreciated for the achievement in watchmaking it truly is.. and the Rhodium dial with RG is just 🔥🔥<br>
And the oysterflex is actually better than I would have expected.<br>

3. The Daytona… because you need a Daytona.. but look at the difference in “Everose” compared to the GMT and SkyD … I’m guessing that there was less copper in that recipe..<br>
5. The DateJust41 .. I still think that the Datejustvis the quintessential Rolex, not the Submariner… and the 41 has nearly perfect proportions … provided it has. A fluted bezel and Jubilee bracelet …😉</p>

Description: <p> </p><p>My favorite release of Watches &amp; Wonders 2023. I rushed over to the JLC boutique to put my name down and 7 months later I got the call. They said I&#x27;m 1 of 2 to receive it this year and they have over 300 pre-orders (that boutique alone). This is a grail level piece for me and I feel very lucky to be an owner of a very special JLC. This watch already looks insane in photos, it&#x27;s even better in real life.</p><p> </p><p>During my short trip to Boston I stopped by an AD to do some window shopping. Originally, I was interested in the Moonshine Gold Moonwatch, especially the green one. I thought the green was too dark, almost black. The Canopus Gold model had never crossed my mind in photos, but in person, WOW. Definitely was an impulse buy, but I am over the moon 🌝</p><p> </p><p>Many of you have probably never heard of this piece. It&#x27;s a very special Ming coming out of their Special Projects Cave. It&#x27;s a LE of 100 pieces to commemorate Ming&#x27;s 5 year anniversary. The movement is quite legendary that was designed by Journe, Halter and Flageollet for the Cartier Tortue Monopoussoir. It has become one of my favorite watches to wear in my collection.</p><p> </p><p>Aquanaut - The zenith of my collection. Arguably, the holy grail of sport watches. This piece exudes a timeless allure that transcends mere functionality. Would I ever travel with this watch? Hell no. Envision a scenario wherein I would consider such a vacation: an exclusive retreat in an all-inclusive 5-star resort. Description: <p>I’ve been fortunate to add a few notable pieces to my collection recently and thought I would share for the Lange, Moser, and Speedy fans out there.<br/><br/>Omega Speedster Moonphase in white gold - This was produced in small numbers (&lt; 500 total) starting in 1999 to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Apollo 11, though there is no mention of Apollo 11 on the watch. Gorgeous dial, I’m a huge fan of all the silver/white dial Speedy variants, and the gold case has a nice weight to it. Thrilled to add this to the Speedmaster collection.<br/><br/>H. Moser Pioneer in arctic blue - A new, smaller Pioneer (40mm) released this year. The arctic blue fume sunburst dial is gorgeous, not fully captured in photos, but it really pops in any light. The watch is a brilliant sports watch with screw-down crown, 100m water resistance, and very comfortable rubber strap. True GADA option.<br/><br/>A. Lange 1815 up/down in white gold - One of my favorite Lange designs, just so clean and balanced on the dial. An unbelievable pleasure to wear. Hard not to stare at all the time. The blued hands are perfect and the silver dial has noticeable warmth to it. I’m always a bit cautious with watches under 40mm as they can seem small to me (this is 39mm), but the design and weight of this make it a spot on. [Tax paid]</p><p> </p><p>H. Moser Endeavour Genesis - another GADA option, or not! Definitely an art piece but a beautiful collectible at that, released this year in a limited edition of 50 as the first installment in an envisioned triptych exploring the intersection of high horology and modern tech. Even if it’s not the most practical for daily wear, it’s beautifully executed and unique. I mean, who else 3D prints titanium? Also Moser does not disappoint on movement and finish.
